considering that humanity is quarantined on this planet......there is no way that the PTB will be allowed to do any harm to the moon. Aside from the quarantine factor, it is my absolute belief that they will not be allowed to go ahead.
There are more powerful beings with bigger & more powerful toys that will get in their way
