Two words: Field Propulsion
The occupants and craft are all acted upon by the same field, so no feeling of acceleration is experienced.
Is it real? T. Townsend Brown (pictured to the left) patented something he called a "gravitator" - a very basic form of electrogravitic propulsion.
As for the laws of physics, quantum physics and relativity are fundamentally incompatible. When that little problem is resolved we might have a unified field theory we can do some engineering with.
Have you noticed that all scientific work on gravitational anomalies is suppressed?
