As with everything, there is a balance.
I don't think you can take anything serious, unless you are able to laugh about it. The same goes the other way around. The second you get blinded by either side, you miss the important parts of the wholeness.
I haven't even seen the clip, as YouTube is down for maintainance atm...but my statement stands non the less.
