That malevolent reptilians from another universe were dumped into this universe by someone a long, long time ago...and that humans and reptilians have been fighting with each other for millions (billions?) of years...and that the greys were caught in the middle...and are presently controlled by the reptilians. Draco > Orion Group > Greys > Us seems to be the chain of command. Reptilians live hundreds of miles beneath the Earth's surface...and eat humans (especially children). The Greys do the dirty work for the Reps.
I'm leaving out a lot...and I probably got it wrong...but that's a thumbnail sketch of what Collier says about the Reps and Greys. Help! Other people say what your impression is.
