I was in my neighbour's house about 5pm today and BBCNews24 was on- I was talking to someone so wasn't paying attention and didn't hear what preceded, but I heard the phrase "New World Order". I remarked as much to the visitor who raised his eyebrows too...

Will listen in later and see if it is repeated and in what context?
