I liked what Alex said about blessing things as we go along. Blessing
rooms, blessing our food.

I bless my food, and I've felt pretty darn stupid! What on earth does
this do, sort of thing. Particular when it comes to my favourite -
cappachino and cake - now blessing that does seem stupid!

So good to know Alex blesses his coffee - good to have this
confirmation.

It would be nice to think others would take this up. I guess
it does something for us, anyway. Brings gratitude, maybe.

I believe it could change vibrations, if enough people adopted it
in enough situations. Such a simple little thing.
