You sure are popular, Karen! You're such a good-willed person who never stops seeking to help, so it's time for the Universe to give you back some help. And I know that you can accept it all, because you're such a generous person, and like breeds like or something like that.

Now that we know what your health problem is, people can get to work on focusing healing energy on it. Some health problems need repeated doses for a while, but I'm sure we can keep the healing energy going for some time yet.
I also hope some of the other Moderators can arrange a Moderator Holiday for you so you can rest a little.
