That sounds like [legal] bullsh&t. I'm not a lawyer, but I do NOT think people can be owned on any level of existence. Being incarcerated for crimes is an agreement society makes within itself, which is different. That's why I think a lot of Illuminati should be in jail, though they're curiously, not.
