Ok this is a little gross but I go on the view "better out than in" so I'd thought I'd share with you what has so far come out of my liver and gallbladder using Andreas Moritz's Liver flush method... In the hope it gets people to investigate further
Flush number 1's picture is currently on my phone and I don't seem to be able to get the picture off... It is more impressive than 2 and 3 but not 4!!!!
But Flush numbers 2 to 4 are on my camera

Ok last night and this morning I did flush number 4 and to be honest I was rather disappointed after 4th load of salts as nothing seemed to be coming out of me!!! (Strange as that would mean I was empty... So I should have been happy!) but then it all started to flow out of me
literally... I decided against the fish out method of before as it was a pain in the A... so I decided to photo in the sieve so you have a number of pics for flush 4. For scale the sieve is 150mm or 6 inches at the plastic rim.

I thought this was it... as I seem to then just pass liquid again... Until this final little lot came out...

I know, I know... gross pictures but I'm hoping it will shock some of you to look into this... as I feel great!!! not that I felt bad before but getting these out is like an emotional release as we are said to store our emotions in our livers... well I did try and have a good old emotional clear out last night forgiving whatever, whoever I could think of from my distant past... well today it seems to have paid off so to speak.
Well I intend to do the next one in 3-4 weeks time and will keep you all posted on how the
sputnik zapper goes when it arrives... as it does say it is ideal to do after a liver flush or cleanse
