I've just done my 4th liver flush last night and this am... WOW I didn't realise I was so full!!! I got some great large stones out this time 4-5 were 15-20mm across... I was getting a little upset early this morning because nothing was coming out... then WAM!!! Loads

Also with regards natural soap can anyone recommend any which is very good... I already do not use shampoo or any other hair product, not for over a year now.
