The first thing that comes to my mind is the fact this place is available for the public...that means A) it has to be in order to keep its purpose OR B) the folks in charge of keeping things under wraps do not know it's importance.

there is not a NASA facility anywhere near the ancient site
it is in an old growth protected forest. and no one here, on this planet, is keeping it under wraps. i don't think that the folks that work around there, have any interest in it yet.
over time, i believe they will. now that the 'gate' 'portal' is open there, we will see what happens.
