I really don't think that an alien is going to stop them dropping litter.
If they are here watching us I don't think they care what we get up to.
If they really gave a monkeys about humanites welfare they would have helped out those poor buggers in Africa. Personally I don't like the human race too much, most are horrible greedy selfish people with no thought for other people or animals
