The Indian space agency also announced that they found water on the moon, with their chandra spacecraft, which cost about the same as a Jumbo jet.
Do you think NASA have been lying to us?

Just tried searching google news for the story about the indian discovery and it is all recent Nasa announcements, strange days indeed.

Just checked again, NASA have jumped in with their own story, I think they've been caught on the hop
