How about Constructive Competition, Positive Response Ability, and Responsible Freedom as a methodology for facilitating infinite diversity in a constructive and orderly manner? This is tricky territory. Tyranny is the ditch on one side of the road. Anarchy is the ditch on the other side of the road. Trench warfare can result from people falling into the ditches on each side of the road. The two ditches feed off of each other...and get deeper and deeper as the two sides fight with each other.
Oneness = Staying Out of Both Ditches.
