Just a quick post about CAROUSEL programming before I continure the timeline-

The individual is strapped into a electric chair/tripseat, the chair is rotated quickly in circles, when the individual becomes disoriented they are electroshocked to create an OBE.
Othet times you are sat still in the seat, holographic screens are postioned in front of the seat. A piece of hardware is postioned in front as well that projects a lazor into the pineal gland ( piercing of the third eye ). The kabballa is flashed onto the screen with a spinning geometrical shape in the top circle. With the lazor connected to your pineal gland, you are then electroshocked and your conciousness projected to various locations around the world flashed on the screen ( remote veiwing not physical )- RV vectors- human/computer/sat link. The individual also wears headphones- a loud tone is played through that gets louder and increases in intensity, when it reaches a peak, electric time, you go pop and 'kansas goes bye-bye'
