to discuss Oneness vs. Borg mind sameness - I would make the point that they really are polar opposites.
Consider your true individuality, your divine individuality, is not based on the illusion of separation, rather it is based on who you are in Oneness with the infinite rather than fighting to maintain the illusion that you are separate from it.
Feel free to follow up on that thread with a discussion of Oneness, individuality and sameness.
