Last night we were in the backyard enjoying a campfire at dusk, and saw two beautiful white lightships move across the sky, twice as large as Venus. Thought it might have been the space station, but the shuttle is not up there right now, so we shouldn't have seen two objects. The second one was about 10 seconds behind the first. Anyway, it capped off a very nice 09-09-09 for me.

Editing to say, it was the shuttle and ISS after all. Still pretty cool though.
