It was a very interesting day for me. Hard to describe. I was watching closely to see if I could detect actual changes.

what I noticed most strongly was an increase in what I'd been noticing for several days leading up to 09-09-09. My spine has been undergoing something remarkable. It's been repairing old injuries slowly for several weeks. Yesterday, I felt a channel open up all the way along my spine which encompassed my Chakras. They lit up like a christmas tree, and the channel expanded to the diameter of my arm. Every time I put my attention on it, I'd get the willies (goose flesh) running all up my spine, and the skin on the outside of my spine and up my neck and over my skull and it would surge up out through my crown chakra.

Then about mid afternoon yesterday, I felt everything go "quiet", and I noticed my personal energy had at least tripled. My back felt strong and limber, and I started moving much faster than I had been.

My perceptions have been changing too. I now have to be careful which world I'm looking at. It is constantly shifting. My hearing has increased to where every little sound shouts at me. (not too much fun, that one).

We've taken to sitting on our porch watching the stars and pseudo starts at night. we've been noticing an increase of artificial light sources in recent months, but now, the last few days, and especially the night before last, we were almost being treated to fireworks display. constant flashing on and off of lights of various colours, mostly white, but also red, green, blue, and a bluish white I see from certain car headlights, and led flashlights. Sometimes they drift slowly in relation to the stars, other times there is a split second flash or streak before they wink out.

Another phenomenon which has undergone a huge increase is visits from a variety of beings. They present mostly as either fireflies, or shadows, to the eyes. As I was meditating late the other night, there was a steady procession of them passing between my "eyes" and a dimly lit lamp. My eyes were closed.

I feel the calm and peace. I believe I'm close to exiting the polarity game for good right now. Very close. Universe/Guides are still parading the last remnants before me to provide ample opportunity to decide I'm done with it. what I notice in the last few days, is that where I would certainly react before, I now have the choice of whether or not I will. That's a huge upgrade from instant reaction and then trying to fight down the urge. Now the choice comes first, and I can avoid the reaction. Most of the usual triggers are switched off. I'll have to see about the unusual ones.

I can't say how much of this is due to the Crystal activation centered around yesterday
09-09-09. I could tell much better if I hadn't been also doing a lot of studying and personal processing work recently. Not really a valid experiment if you're doing several other types of work at the same time. When I asked our Pleiadian friends how the crystal activation went last night, they said "Is going, dear. It's still happening." So I'll post something on what they see as having happened when the process is largely done, or settled down from the 09-09-09 spike.

I followed the advice to expand and flow love and energy into the heart of the earth, and the grid which encompasses her, and she drank it up as though parched. I'm only in sporadic contact with Gaia, so don't really know what she thought of yesterday. I'm sure we'll hear about it soon.

That was a remarkable day. I slept right through the earlier ones. I'll be very ready for the next one.
