This is a great line too:

The key for me on my path is balance. That means, not focusing on fear or negative vibrations, however, it also means that I'm willing to look behind the curtain and see the wizard operating the controls rather than just to pretend there is no opposition to the healing and raising up of this planet.

Now if you do feel you get dragged down when you look at what the bad guys might be up to, then don't bother checking it out. It really isn't necessary for everyone to understand all of that. But for those that are researching in that area, I personally recommend this testimony as something that will shine some light on what is going on to a certain extent. Certainly, doesn't answer all the questions, but may open up the door to some more possibilities...
