It's all posted in my comments above which book I've read (1st post has a link) and which second book I've just ordered (link in a later post).
I suggest you read the rejuvination book as that seems to have alot in it (including the info from the 1st book I've bought)... because I don't intend to spell it out word for word what I've done it is in the books he's written... I feel theliver is key... If you have any issues with No.2's or pipes and bottoms it may not be for you...
And for the doctors comment about the stones being from olive oil the hard stone which was ~16mm across certainly wasn't made over night...
I mean open minded views and closed minded... sorry that was written between the lines.
