Take your time! This is not instant revelation type stuff. It took me months of figuring it out before it all snapped into focus.

A really good explanation of the process is found in the Handbook For The New Paradigm by(/via!) George Green. There is much in that series of books that I find distorted and potentially fear mongering but allow that and realise that they were channeled by a human like you or me and subject to distortion. I'd say the "higher" stuff in there still resonates.
