This is getting ridiculous. As I'm still trying to figure out what's happening, who's working for who, someone on my Facebook group posted a theory that makes all this useless if proved to be true:

3. Have governments buying your vaccine. Of course only rich countries can afford the vaccine.
4. Release your highly contagious deadly virus for which there is no time to make a vaccine (but your slaves have already been vaccinated in secret)
5. To make sure you really target only the most submissive in rich countries, use counter propaganda from activists to get any subersive citizen not to get vaccinated against your bait mild virus.
Only the submitting citizens from rich countries are safe. The rest dies. Only the most submissive will get vaccinated even if they know the vaccine is not safe, because Big Brother recommanded it.
It will look like a natural and sad event, so you don't even have to setup a trial like Nuremberg.
