Another good topic, Susan. And once again I didn't watch
just wanted to add here - it's all technique, and it's great for others to fulfill their passion and self-given roles as messengers and teachers on these kinds of subjects - I just like to add that "the connection" is the metaphoric "sweet spot" to aim your focus towards - don't get tripped up in a loop on the incredulity of expansion. It's a very normal affect we all experience - the excitement of expansion, the light-bulbs popping, the fueling of alternate possibilities - and yes it feels good, but to take the next step it helps to hold those feelings and keep your aim on the connection.
So often I see those in the loop - so to speak - and wondering why . .
