I agree with you.

I think what needs to happen next is for members to demonstrate better manners toward each other and to spend more time thinking about points made by others in their posts before responding to them in a fashion that indicates to me a knee-jerk reaction. It seems to me people often post pat answers that really don't contribute anything to learning or making progress.

I also think there needs to be less preaching and more demonstrating by example.
