Also, I love this line from dolphin:

"i'm an individual made of the whole (the creator)... and i am both me and creation itself."

I think that sums it up greatly. The reality is we are all our own conscious Self as well as creation itSelf expressing itSelf in the world of form.

The ego however, is the identity that doesn't think it's one with everything else. When we know we're one, we're still "I", we're just no longer limited in what we can and can't do, we're no longer the victim, we no longer hurt others, we simply create a much better experience for ourselves and our world in Oneness with all life.
