I've been seeing this kind of thing all my life. At first, I talked about it, then was silent in my youth; all my friends thought I was nuts. It was a HUGH revelation to me as I described a situation to my best friend thinking she would understand what I was talking about. When she laughed at me and thought I was just joking... well, I was only twelve then and I grew silent.

Later things began happening. People I was close to, like my mother, would walk in to a room and see briefly the exact thing that I was seeing, and at the exact time. It was shocking for her to say the least. This is still happening today. My husband now says, "Did you just see that?" It's common place. Now he sees his own stuff, too. When "energies" are attracted to you, eventually people around you will notice. Even if you don't say a thing...

At times there is communication involved with the entities, but most of the time just images and forms. Flickers of another world, time, dimension? I really do not know. I have spent many years trying to figure it out. But this is not a science that I can measure with my slide ruler.

What I am certain of is that it occurs strongly when I am at peace, or feel a high state of awareness spiritually. Though it is important to state that this was not always the case. I had to put my foot down to negatives... when I was a teenager my mother brought me to a woman who specialized in this sort of thing. I was losing a lot of sleep then and it happened as much during the day as it did when I was resting. Still does.

But now I feel only positive "entities". I put that in quotes because I do not really have the words to describe what they are. They all feel different and unique in their own way. There is a lot more to the story...

At any rate, if there are any questions you have, I will only be able to answer honestly and from my own experience. But I am happy to do so.
