If someone has cancer HJ then they always have the option to fly over to Amsterdam for treatment. Conventional "modern" treatment costs far far more then a few months in amsterdam would.

And then theres always the possibility of going to California for treament where the permit to use cannabis for medication is issued by Doctors for such "dis-eases" as depression.
