That sounds like Omnipotent Highness KRLLL....from the 50's. Were reports of KRLLL's death greatly exaggerated? Did KRLLL reincarnate into a human or hybrid body? Hmmmm. In any case...if the United Nations, the Vatican, the City of London, and Washington D.C. were purified and reformed...with absolutely no malevolent alien or malevolent human control...we would be 95% of the way to Nirvana.
