Purifying can be done traditionally, too, with words, prayers. You may want to choose something you are already familiar with, maybe strong from your childhood, to begin to build trust & familiarity with voices, messages/ers, bad news bears. It can be a lot. One of my co-workers bathed her whole car in violet light before road trips etc. It set a different tone of awareness, like invoking Saint Christopher as some do, to help make the drive more safe.
If the eerie ones {well, how they
feel is important} are urging action, watch that. Anything can be told to F.U. too. Words come from anywhere. Deeds are yours. Listen, look and feel with an open heart.
