Hi!
I've been on the site for about a month now. My head is still spinning but I do not know how I can thank you enough for shocking me out of this miserable daze I've been in.

I have a very serious request - I need someone to point me into the right direction as I would love to learn to meditate. I've been fooling around with some CD's I've downloaded, but do not know if it is the right thing at all!

Please PM me or reply in any way! I'm feeling a sense of urgency in wanting to learn as much as fast as possible.
