This world always has a few uneducated and misinformed individuals. And if you consider our world has 6 billion plus, even just 1% would mean 60 million who are nuts, and the other 99% or 5.940 billion are reasonable individuals and have no motive or agenda to "depopulate". Think about it!
So I really do NOT think there is a hidden deceptful agenda to depopulate. Period.
But I do think there are many, many, intelligent, responsible individuals who recognize the tragedy of OVERPOPULATION in many countries, the need for BIRTH CONTROL, which would help stabilize the out-of-control trend of increasing population. Having responsible birth control is not the same thing as "depopulation", so there are many who are running around talking about 'killing' and 'depopulation' and all they are is a loose cannon.
My heart cries when I think that our world's population could double in another 50-60 years, to 12 billion. You think our world has problems now, just wait until then. There is no decreasing use of OIL, there is nothing successfully occurring to reduce the contaminants going into our air and oceans... because nations, particularly the developing nations, usage of OIL and other resources is only going to increase and increase.
Family planning and BIRTH CONTROL is the only real answer... how many are practicing wise sized families?
