I was once at a meeting of the coucil. I was an observer of how the process of descision making took place. I was reporting on the earth situation. I will say that this was? Whoa. 16 years ago. Man time has no relavence its just a free flowing thing. Sorry side tracked.
I was asked to negociate with beings of this planet to resovle issues that are root in a past history, that is still relevant today.Unfortunately we are dealing with heavy Elimentals. as it were. So there was noagreement or a friendly settlement made. Shame but s**t happens.
I had posted this on the Blossom thread and commander adam. The coucil is very much like the UN. Yes it is benevolent, butlike the UN can be used as a front. The GFL is like the troops, or more like ambassedors to the council. This is where the problems can start. Politics are rife although evolved to a very much higher frequency, this gets rid of the banter that we see in this world, or dimension.
What I posted on the Coàmmander Adam thread, was about ET Intervention on this planet. Due to the unresovling of the issues, anyintervention is forbidden. Obvious like the UN no one is respecting the descisions, because we are coming close to marker time. This is after the end of the fifth dimension, which is light. We are presently in the 4 Vibration or sound.
The greater council, is in the center of our Galaxy. When descisions are made, not small issues as mentioned above, but galactic descisions. The verdict or descision is sent through the galaxy at pulse speed. This means a virtual announcement to the entire system at the same time. This is in the ninth dimension. I digress again sorry. The way the council works is that representatives from each quadrant is recieved and the infomation is tranfered through the messenger, who turns into pure light which is circulated through each council member. This ensures that each member recieves the same picture or info. Then together they can make the descisions and they are the galactic pulse.Each member turns into their tone according to their vote and the sine of the combined tones makes a universal descision that is in agreement with all. The only way the progression can actually happen.
A side note. The Cme's are like press releases of pre pulkse announcement. These are import messages that we all recieve to make our own collect descision. But the descision is not based on any agenda. An agenda have only short term effect, in the bigger scheme of things. The balls of light that can be seen are the infomation that is collected from our consciousness that omit from our own ball of light our aura. This omition is then naturally seeks like toned ommitions and they collective make another tone. On so on and so forth, untill the reach a planetary vibration which is then entrusted in the messanger and delived to the council. The messenger is not part of the council though. The messenger becomes part of the pulse given out by the pulse.
The little balls of light is the collection of the primary ommission off the aura. The colide or colect to start the process described above.
Just one other thing because this could just keep rolling. We live in the thirteenth sign of our zodiac. That is why we only get glimpses of ourselves in the curveture of the galaxy, as the donut turns. Our galaxy is not flat. It is ball shaped, we look into space andwe are looking at the goldfish bowl from the inside. Although ther is 2 openings above and below. This appears then as a band or disc, but it is really like a bell. Our zodiac is known as the face, This could explain the 2 crop circles of the face and te Alien holding the disc. Maybe it was stating that the message was for the Face zodiac dwellers. This info is collected but the balls of light that can been seen and redistributed throughout the sign. This is a view of something that is multidimensional, therefore not the only and sole interpretation, explaining many others viewpoint on the messages of the circles.
