I messed up and did it just the other day. ( a couple of times, mind you)

from now on..
if someones frequency is that of a negative nature here..
I will do my best to keep my big yap closed and keep my own demons suppressed and hungry.
as we all know by now...
i often have problems with keeping my mouth closed.
and i am still not quite the human i strive to be, so i slip up sometimes.
apologies again for feeding negativity with negativity.
and p.s... I think the moderators we have now.....
far surpass the kindness and loving nature of some we had in the beginning.
