Minnesota Truthseeker,

Honest pain is not meant to be endured for a lifetime, only for a short time from which we all must eventually be healed.

There is the "old" saying = "Forgive and Forget"

Well, i would rather a "new saying" to state = Forgive YES, Forget NO. This may be better "advice" for Healing and Spiritual Growth.
