Stevia is rarely used in the US and applications that do use it are quite expensive now. The only Stevia product I've seen is a soda of all things they could put it in (how's that healthy by the way?).

I hope it's used more widely.

As for Xylitol, it's in the gum I'm chewing right now. I think I can do our water supply a favor by not drinking diet drinks and avoiding medication as often as possible. I wonder if cannabis sativa also leaks into the water supply?
