There are 2 upcoming Flower of Life workshops:

Montreal, Quebec
June 26-28, 2009

and

Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia
August 14-16, 2009

The workshops are being given by Reinea Goldseger-Winter, a Flower of Life facilitator taught by Drunvalo.

I was told that Drunvalo himself usually holds a workshop in the Quebec Eastern townships. However, we just missed that one - it was in the beginning of April.
