Re: Chris White debunks Michael Tsarion
No one person right now has the full truth, but many have different pieces of the puzzle. You can pretty easily 'debunk' any one researcher by focusing on what they might be wrong about, but then you're ignoring everything they might be right about too...
My guess is, Chris is upset with Tsarion's stuff because Tsarion believes Jesus wasn't real and there is no truth in Jesus message, whereas Chris is a Christian so this offends his beliefs.
Personally, I see that Tsarion has a lot of interesting stuff and is well worth checking out, but he certainly hasn't swayed me in my own spiritual beliefs on the validity of the message: 'do unto others as they would have them do unto you' that Jesus taught, nor the inner teachings of Christ that Jesus taught.
Perhaps there is a middle ground, where yes, Jesus story is very similar to Horus and many other ancient gods, but that doesn't necessarily mean it didn't happen in the physical. Maybe Jesus played out a universal teaching in the physical 2000 years ago so we could all collectively learn the lessons from it, and then his story was manipulated and stolen by the same religious elite that put him to death to make his story inaccessible to us.
Perhaps Jesus true mission was to show us we are ALL capable of doing the 'miracles' that Jesus did when we get past all the religious hoopla and connect to the source, the father consciousness (or more accurately, father / mother consciousness), within and overcome our own illusions of separation.
So perhaps Tsarion is correct in a lot of his research that Jesus story matches many ancient stories, and that he wasn't 'the only son of god' who was a blood sacrifice to "God" for our sins, but perhaps he is incorrect in when he says Jesus is not real and we should just ignore all of the inner teachings.
I agree that infighting between searchers of truth, like it appears Chris is doing here, is not a productive approach. Chris may have a part of the puzzle and Tsarion as well, but it may not be the highest good to attack another researcher based on our partial truth. Might be best if researchers focus on their own truth rather than attacking / debunking someone else's...
