I think its no different than anything else our so called government does.........keeps secrets

they know whats coming and are afraid to tell the people because they think it will cause riots and panic cities.........it goes along with them "knowing more than the average joe on how to handle things"

so I'm not surprised.............just dissapointed with the "change" in our government again !
