It's funny how they project the idea that we're all sitting around in a state of complete vulnerability to nasty germs...and the only protection we have is (the placebo effect of) some worthless vaccine. When these events occur we never hear how to simply stay healthy and build up a strong immune system so as to avoid or minimize any illness. I almost never get sick now...haven't had a flu for years, and I think it's from (the placebo effect of :>) taking supplements and believing I'm not going to get sick, and that if I do it will last more than a day or two.
