Definitions and parameters are extremely important. I must have missed hearing the media discuss Responsible Freedom. I'm glad to hear that they are talking about it. If anyone finds a video clip of such a discussion...please post a link. We the People of Earth should be the ones to determine the size and shape of the Responsible Freedom Envelope...not an elite group of aliens and humans...meeting in secret. The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are descriptive of such an orderly and reasonable determinitive process...which includes certain inherent rights and freedoms which cannot be overridden by mob-rule or elite-dictators.
