For me, first step is to seek enligtenment myself and overcome my own stuff and my ego. Then, from an enlightened perspective, I will be able to help people free themselves from their illusions, but until then... I still have to work on taking the "stick out of my own eye before trying to take the sliver out of someone else's"...
That being said, sharing and growing together along the way is where it's at
