I can understand his refusal to pay the TV licence as it
IS a blatent rip-off!
However, as for the other, well, who knows..
Orbs that are only visible on a digital camera? They can easily be re-created/explained
During my years of paranormal research I've come across the phenomena of
orbs [supposedly a spirit in the early stages of manifestation] many times. Most are dust particles in the air/inside the camera lens, but some, do defy explanation!
The rapid movement of said orbs can normally be explained by draughts blowing across the location, unless you get one that changes direction more than once.
Maybe Noel is going senile, again who knows, but a big up to him for standing up for what he deems to be right!
