This story just gets better and better....
I just finished up Julia's paperwork....she is so happy, and greatful.
She asked me what's wrong? I had just gotten off the phone with the bank for my loan modification for my house....
Here is the story...

I work in the Auto indursty which has fallen greatly...My income has gone down 2/3 of what it normally should be.
I have two properties...one rental..which is a wash..I only use the interest as a write off for tax purpose. The other I live in.
I applied for a loan Mod with Countrywide, my lender...they were very nasty, and said I might not qualify..and I would surly not qualify for any other program as I own two properties...I was so stressed out.
Turns out...Julia works in the Forclosure dept of Countrywide....
She told me not to worry...forget about what they said...because I helped her out she would help me out...she said..forget about what they told you....I will get your loan Modification, and you will not lose your house!

I had no idea that helping this woman would turn out like this...it's like she was an angel...sent to me in my time of need.
Today she called me and said they would put a stop on the forclosure, and the mod has begun...not to worry..she is getting the upper managers involved. What a blessing....
So from the bottom of my heart...I want to thank all of you for helping Julia...as it has turned out to help me in my time of need as well!
