Why would the US or any other superpower want to hole up in North Korea, when they already have underground cities in the US already prepared for any disaster that may happen.....this does not make sence to me, unless it a strategic georgraphical safe zone.....but how can they possibly determine that?
Does any of you people see a problem with this quote, or am I off in left field...ok....don't answer that last part
