It's good to ask questions but you need to ask the right ones.
As regard the soul the point is that it's not that you " have " a soul but
rather that the soul is Who You are , it's " Being" rather than "having",
and that " Being " is ever present in the Now and as such is immortal.

In the human complex the soul operates a physical body through the field
of the mind .As a soul you are witness and participant to this in the ever present
Now. You are stillness but everything around you moves through time.
