Here's a stroke of 'brilliance'.... I can see why Cheney might consider this advantageous due to his role in approving the pointless (from an intel-gathering viewpoint) interrogation methods. He's also said that there is
no link, after all, between Saddam Hussein and 9/11 - which the interrogations, extraordinary renditions, black prisons were supposed to justify.
