Will this help in people experiencing OBEs?
Has anyone done this that can explain the 'effects' more so?

i never tried
salvia, but i did try the
amanita mushrooms after reading
mushrooms and mankind by james arthur. he was the most knowledgeable ethnomycologist around until he died/killed in prison (another story).
i actually experienced an OBE from trying the mushrooms. a friend didnt get anything from it, but when he took a 1/4, he had the same experience.
look around online for a vendor (e.g. iamshaman) after youve decided if theyre okay for you... check out erowid as well and read up on some of the experiences. theyre legal. i tried the grade A siberian
amanitas. the
pantherina species were sold out.
theyre not like psilocybe at all... non-hallucinogenic and not nearly as potent and intense. youll get drowsy and want to lie down. i lied down and fell asleep but wasnt asleep at all. thats when it happened.
arthur, by the way, did his research and came up with the 4 items needed for the religious experience: amanitas, psilocybe, syrian rue, and opium. you can read the whole story in his book, but in a nutshell, a UFO came down and he talked to aliens.
oh... theres other shamanistic herbs to try. theres a dream herb,
calea, that supposedly enhances ones dreams.
again, im not promoting anything. do some investigation and decide for yourself.
happy researching!
