That is a true title of ownership. Indicates true private and sole ownership of property by the owner named on the title. Funny (actually, not so funny) that we don't know what this is anymore. If you hold alodial to any property, you cannot be lawfully taxed on that property - no tags on the car or registration, no property tax on your land and home(s). Texas is the only state left in the union where you can still gain alodial title on land (although this probably be gone soon). This title has slowly been destroyed in every state over the years in a "coup" you might say.

There is still a trick to getting it on your automobile - have to get the MSO (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) when you purchase it. Otherwise it is sent to the state whereby the state claims shared ownership of the car - hence why you have to pay registration, taxes and anual tag fees (it's technically a lease from the co-owner - the state).

Badnarik's constitution class goes over this in part 1 or 2.

This is one of the reasons why you HAVE to watch this constitution class. It will make you SOOOO FURIOUS to see what has happened underneath our noses.
