My bad, I just checked the cat food bag, it says 'no animal by-products'. I swore it said no animals before.
It has meat. Just a holistic source. Much better then what I normally fed her. It does have added taurine as well, thanks for that info.
As for protein, I can't speak for dogs but for humans we have been lied too in this case as well. Lots of info in the book I mentioned above on the protien lies, but here is another breafing I've had bookmarked.
