My two cents... we are currently in 'Mercury Retrograde' which specifically messes up electronics, data, computers, video, etc. But if the video was recorded before Mercury Retrograde and is just now messing up than that makes sense, and if the video was recorded during Mercury Retrograde it could have messed up then and anytime after.

Mercury throws off 'timing' of transmissions while it is passing between Earth and the Sun for the three to six weeks that it takes to pass through this part of its orbit.

However, Mercury Retrograde is also known for allowing the screw ups to occur and revealing those things which have been kept secret. If its going to break it will break during MR.
